1. Ordering

 - When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

3. Delivery and shipping

 - Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days (2-10 days outside Sweden). In some cases, such as holidays, delivery may take longer. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday.
 - We have a fixed shipping cost of SEK 19. Orders over SEK 199 are free shipping.
 - Shipping in other countries may vary and is shown at checkout.

 - Before we send your order, we always check that your address is correct and that you are written at the address you entered. 4. Prices

 - All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.

5. Return Policy
 - When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
